- Ensuring the continuity of company site meetings by setting Criteria and creating documentation for meeting minutes
- Organizing monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, and daily meetings with the employer, architect, and contractor and creating a calendar for documentation
- Defining payment and progress methods, including terms for upfront payments, deductions, and deferred portions
- Preparing monthly site result reports and scheduling monthly closing meetings
- Reviewing and discussing contractor and subcontractor agreements and conducting feasibility and disruption analyses
- Monitoring and reviewing the project schedule, tracking progress, and organizing meetings
- On-site review of working and contract conditions and their application accuracy
- Analyzing unexpected situations, forming an emergency team, information transfer, and instant intervention management
- Facilitating and documenting design changes, both critical and routine, arising on-site
